As parents/carers, you have a duty to keep your child’s school record up-to-date by informing the school of change of contact details (home/mobile/work telephone numbers and address) or any health issues your child may have. Please telephone or write to the Pastoral Support Officer for your child's year.
 

Contacting your child during school hours

If you need to get an urgent message to your child during school hours, please contact the Pastoral Support Officer (PSO) for your child’s year group.  Please do not text or call your child on their mobile phone during school hours as we will confiscate their phone if it is seen or heard. Similarly, your child cannot use their mobile to text or call you during the school day. If they do this, it is an automatic confiscation of their phone as it has been used in school. If your child needs to contact you, they should go to the Pastoral Support Office (P101) during break time, and the PSO will make the call or send the text as required.

Bringing personal belongings into school is entirely at the owner’s risk. QPCS will not be held liable for any damage / loss / theft of any mobile / equipment / device / personal belongings.
