Welcome to Queens Park Community School.

As Headteacher, I am proud to lead our community, dedicated to academic excellence and high expectations for every student. Our ethos of responsibility, respect, and resilience creates a safe and challenging environment. We are proud of the expertise, quality and commitment of our teachers and support staff.

Our school badge shows that we are rooted in our community, aiming for the stars. At QPCS, it is not about where you are from – what really matters is where you are going to; and our former students demonstrate the success of our ethos. We offer a balanced curriculum with strong academic opportunities and tailored support, guiding students to success in university or vocational paths. Our mixed attainment teaching and strong home-school partnerships are evidence-based, and we know how our approach helps all students thrive. Our results demonstrate this success. Our highest attainers make great progress and achieve grade 9s at GCSE, and A* s at A Level; whilst also benefiting from truly diverse classrooms and insights into different ways of thinking.

QPCS welcomes disabled students, staff and parents and aims to make all of our provisions fully inclusive. Students with an Education, Health and Care (EHC) Plan are given priority in our admissions criteria. As part of the admissions procedure their families will meet with our SENCO to discuss their specific needs.
