Support our events - come to our events or encourage a group of people to attend an event with you. Our events are only as fun as the people who attend them!
Volunteer - help organise our events, from party planning to fun running, every event requires a team to make it happen. Do you have a skill you can lend us, from bar tending to baking? Perhaps you’re a whiz at decoration, or you can donate prizes for our raffle/auction. Every little helps. Please use the Contact Us form and let us know how you can help.
Donate QPCS school uniform - We organise regular uniform sales at our fundraising events. Clean, washed, and reusable QPCS school uniform donations can be handed into the school reception during office hours; Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 4.00 pm. Please make sure you attach a ‘Uniform Donation’ label to the item/bag. Thank you.
Raise money for QPCS with Lampards Estate Agents - QPCS is proud to partner with Lampards Estate Agents, who will donate 10% of their commission to the QPCS PTFA for every home sold or rented through parents and friends connected to the school.
If you’re speaking with Lampards about a move, simply mention your QPCS connection so the PTFA can benefit. Confirm your QPCS connection by emailing Oliver and Hussein at info@lampards.co.uk
Matched funding - Does your workplace provide any kind of match funding to their employees? If so consider asking them to donate to the QPCS PTFA. Email the PTFA for more information.
EasyFundraising - You can also help at no extra cost by signing up to EasyFundraising. This website allows us to raise money as you go about your usual online shopping. There are over 8,000 retailers on board who make a donation based on what you spend on their sites. These include eBay, Argos, John Lewis, ASOS, Booking.com and M&S. These donations really do mount up, remember to select QPCS PTFA as your chosen charity and/or download the app.
Each year, at our Annual General Meeting (AGM), we elect a new PTFA committee. Being part of the committee is a great way to become part of the school, get to know other parents/carers and teachers/staff and also to make a real difference to your child’s school experience.
Dates of upcoming events and future PTFA meetings are in the school calendar. If you can’t attend meetings but would like to hear about what we are doing then please sign up to our mailing list by ticking the relevant boxes on our ‘contact us’ form, so we can keep you informed.
We look forward to hearing from you soon or welcoming you at our next PTFA meeting or event.
Whatsapp Groups - The PTFA also set up the parents Whatsapp groups for each year group. These groups allow us to share messages quickly with parents, and allow parents the opportunity to ask one another questions. If you would like to be added to a group, please complete the relevant section of the ‘contact us’ form.
