Pupil Premium Strategy Statement

Pupil Premium: ensuring every student thrives at QPCS

The Pupil Premium is vital funding provided by the government to help improve the educational outcomes of disadvantaged students and close the attainment gap between them and their peers.

At QPCS, we are committed to providing the highest standards of education and opportunity for every child, regardless of their background or circumstance. Our strategy for utilising this funding is rooted in the widely-supported, evidence-based three-tiered approach: High-Quality Teaching, Targeted Academic Support, and Wider Strategies. This ensures that the funding is used in the most impactful way possible, with a primary focus on enhancing the quality of teaching across all classrooms, which benefits all students while accelerating the progress of those eligible for the Pupil Premium.
