Ofsted Report - January 2025

Following our inspection at the end of January 2025, I am delighted to share our Ofsted report with you. This was a full graded inspection, with a team of five inspectors looking at our quality of education (teaching, learning, assessment and curriculum); behaviour and attitudes (school culture, ethos and student engagement); our support for students' personal development; our leadership and management; and our sixth form.

They discussed all the evidence they saw against Ofsted's grade descriptors and confidently judged us good across all those five judgements, with a range of areas they described as "very strong", including our sixth form and our leadership of SEND. Parent View enables parents and carers to tell Ofsted what they think about their child’s school, from the quality of teaching to dealing with bullying and poor behaviour. There does not need to be an inspection for parents and carers to access the service, and this survey is available to complete at any time.
